# Hire one person rail

One role, one scorecard, three outreach drafts. You pick the hire. Nothing sends until they say yes. Do not invent headcount, comp, or replies.

## How this differs from outreach-week and agency-desk

- **This rail (hire-one)** = **one role + scorecard + three hiring drafts**. Notion-first. GHL is send-after-yes only.
- **outreach-week** = **ten sales/partner names / five drafts** on a GHL pipeline. No scorecard.
- **agency-desk** = **existing client pipeline + Make wait scenario**. Not a hiring search.
- Do not run ten cold sales names here. Do not build a Make scenario here. Pick one paste for the week.

## Tool roles (do not blur)

- **Notion** = role page + scorecard — not the send seat
- **GoHighLevel** = where *they* send after yes — agent never sends
- **Run a hiring search** = optional companion shape for the three drafts — not the CRM login

These are not interchangeable.

## Soft slots (ask once)
