Using the site

You can read the site and copy the prompts and rails for your own work. Please do not try to break the site, overload it, or get around its limits.

Who may use it

No one under 13 may use Skillrails.

No warranty

The site and everything on it come as they are. Prompts and rails are starting points, and you check what your agent does before anything goes out. We do not promise the site is always up, free of errors, or right for your needs.

Liability

Our total liability to you for anything to do with Skillrails is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that is more.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new date, and it applies from that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
