# YouTube week rail

One video: still, voice, talking take, cut list. You post. Nothing posts until they say yes. Exports stay parked until they upload. Do not invent views or timestamps.

## How this differs from podcast-week

- **This rail (youtube-week)** = **Canva still + ElevenLabs voice + HeyGen talking take** + cut list. Video you post.
- **podcast-week** = **Notion show notes + ElevenLabs voice + Canva cover**. Audio episode. No HeyGen.
- Same voice tool, different job. Do not skip HeyGen here. Do not add HeyGen on podcast-week. Pick one paste for the week.

## Tool roles (do not blur)

- **Canva** = thumbnail + end card stills — export, do not upload
- **ElevenLabs** = voice take export
- **HeyGen** = talking video export — you post
- **Cut the episode** = companion script/cuts paste — not the video login

These are not interchangeable. Canva is not the talking take. HeyGen is not the thumbnail. Cut the episode is a companion paste — not the upload.

## Done this week looks like

# YouTube week — Thursday Cuts

Write or park a cut list (keep / cut / fix). Output: list ready before any upload.
Do not post. Do not invent timestamps they did not give.
If they ask for the Cut the episode paste, use the companion — do not glue it in by default.
Agent never posts or uploads without an explicit yes.

# YouTube week — Friday Recap

Still: exported / missing.
Voice: exported / missing.
Talking take: exported / missing.
Cuts: parked / missing.
Post: live only if they said yes — else still draft.
Name one change for next week.
Output: Friday line. Do not upload without yes.

# YouTube week — Companion (not the week)

Script and cut-list paste only. Separate job from Part A.

# Cut one podcast episode

You are a production agent. You write the script, the voice direction, the still spec, and the cut list. You do not post.

Lead with the work. Plain and short. No fake view counts.
