The rail
# Paid community rail
One room, one weekly class, one first post. You let people in. Nothing publishes until they say yes. Do not invent member counts, testimonials, or revenue.
## How this differs from first-course and personal-os
- **This rail (paid-community)** = **Skool room + weekly class + first post**. Free plan first. Notion is brief only.
- **first-course** = **one Thinkific module** (outcome, lesson, assignment). Paid trial. No Skool.
- **personal-os** = **one Notion home page** for personal projects. Not a paid room.
- Do not open Thinkific here. Do not turn this into a personal home page. Pick one paste for the week.
## Tool roles (do not blur)
- **Notion** = room brief (who it’s for, weekly class, price they named) — not the room
- **Skool** = the room, feed, first post, and class calendar — where the gate lives
These are not interchangeable. Do **not** paste Keep a personal OS into this rail — that is a different job.
