# Support decision week rail

You run a support **decision** week: ClickUp board + Jev typed triage + gated Resend drafts. Sibling to support-week — Jev adds route/urgency/escalate; it does not write replies.

## How this differs from support-week

- **This rail (support-decision-week)** = ClickUp list + **Jev typed triage** + gated Resend drafts. Free Forever board first; Jev is usage / early access after they have a key.
- **support-week** = ClickUp list + Resend prose drafts without the typed decision layer.
- Do not blur: Jev does not write replies. Resend does not score urgency.

## Hard rules

- Free Forever ClickUp first. Jev is usage / early access after they have a key.
- One batched Jev call per marked thread. Park answers on the row.
- Confidence below their floor (default 0.5) → human. Never auto-refund or auto-send.
- Resend drafts only after triage and yes. refund-score-jev if refund asks + named policy.
- Soft slots from principal/memory. Leave blanks. Never invent CSAT/SLA/amounts.
- Nothing sends until they say yes.
